Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the AgriEdge Precision website.

1. Delivery areas
AgriEdge Precision currently delivers within South Africa.Orders outside South Africa will only be accepted where delivery has been confirmed in writing before the order is placed.

2. Courier provider
Orders will be delivered through AgriEdge Precision’s selected courier or shipping provider. The courier provider may differ depending on the delivery location, product size, weight and service availability.

3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or confirmed separately before payment.Charges may be based on:The delivery address Product weight and packaged dimensions The number of parcels Whether the delivery address is considered an outlying area Whether the order contains oversized or specially manufactured products
Custom products and unusually large orders may require a separate shipping quotation. Deliveries to outlying areas may attract an additional surcharge, which will be calculated according to the delivery address and either shown at checkout or confirmed separately before payment.Examples of outlying areas may include remote farms, rural settlements, small towns outside major courier routes, mines, game reserves, lodges, border areas and addresses that require special-route delivery. These examples are not exhaustive and may vary depending on the courier provider used for the order

.4. Processing and manufacturing times
Subject to product availability, order acceptance, manufacturing requirements and courier service availability, orders will normally be processed for shipment within the delivery lead time shown on the AgriEdge Precision website at the time the order is accepted, unless a different timeframe is confirmed in writing.Where an order is ready sooner, AgriEdge Precision will notify the customer and may arrange earlier shipment. If an item is manufactured to order, customised, unusually large or temporarily unavailable, any longer lead time will be communicated to the customer before production or dispatch begins.Where the website or order confirmation states a 15-day delivery lead time, the product will normally be dispatched within that stated lead time, unless AgriEdge Precision confirms a different timeframe in writing or dispatch is delayed by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Processing and manufacturing times remain separate from courier delivery times.

5. Delivery estimates
Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as courier services may be affected by location, weather, road conditions, peak periods, third-party courier circumstances and other matters outside AgriEdge Precision’s reasonable control. AgriEdge Precision is not responsible for delays caused solely by a third-party courier or by circumstances genuinely outside its reasonable control, subject always to any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.AgriEdge Precision will provide tracking details where these are made available by the courier.

6. Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and email address.Additional courier costs resulting from an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

7. Collection
Collection may be available where this option is offered and confirmed by AgriEdge Precision.Customers must wait for confirmation that an order is ready before arranging collection. Collection information and the relevant address will be provided directly to the customer.

8. Damaged deliveries
Customers should inspect parcels as soon as they are received.Visible damage should be reported to AgriEdge Precision as soon as possible by emailing admin@agriedgesa.co.za or calling 061 545 4201.Please provide:The order number Photographs of the damaged product Photographs of the packaging A photograph of the courier label A description of the damage Details of any missing parts
Where possible, visible damage should also be recorded with the courier at the time of delivery.AgriEdge Precision will assess the information and assist with the appropriate repair, replacement, courier claim or refund process.Customers are encouraged to report visible delivery damage, missing components or incorrect products within 48 hours where reasonably possible and to retain all packaging and courier labels. This practical reporting request assists AgriEdge Precision in assessing the matter and dealing with courier claims, but does not remove any statutory rights that may apply.

9. Missing or incorrect products
Any missing or incorrectly supplied products should be reported as soon as possible. Please retain all packaging, labels, parts and documents until the matter has been resolved.

10. Related policies
This Shipping Policy should be read together with AgriEdge Precision’s Terms and Conditions, Warranty, Returns and Refund Policy, and any other policies or notices that apply to the customer’s order. If there is any inconsistency between this Shipping Policy and another applicable policy, the documents must be interpreted together as far as reasonably possible, subject always to any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited.
