1. Warranty periodAgriEdge Precision provides a limited 12-month warranty on frames and a limited 6-month warranty on plates, calculated from the original delivery date, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. This policy distinguishes between any statutory rights that may apply under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law and AgriEdge Precision’s additional commercial warranty. Statutory rights apply where the law gives them to the customer and are not limited by this policy. The additional commercial warranty is provided subject to the conditions, exclusions and assessment process set out below.Customers must use cleaning products and maintenance methods that are suitable for the product materials.
